Silk Road cuisine at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech

Chat with us
Shirvan is the signature restaurant of Mandarin Oriental Marrakech, set within the hotel's gardens on Route du Golf Royal. Conceived by Michelin-starred Chef Akrame Benallal and led day-to-day by Marrakech-born Chef Hind Nebgane, the restaurant draws on the Silk Road to blend Moroccan culinary heritage with Persian, Arab, and French influences. The dining room, designed by Gilles & Boissier, evokes a modern Berber and Arab-Andalusian refuge, and a broad terrace overlooks the resort's garden and water features. Dinner service runs nightly from 7 PM to 11 PM.
