Excursions in Morocco

All excursions across Morocco

Excursions are Morocco's easiest way to reach the country's most photographed landscapes without renting a car. Day trips run out of the big four base cities: from Marrakech, most travelers head to the Ourika Valley for river cafés and Berber villages, the Ouzoud waterfalls for the long cascade and afternoon rainbows, or the coast at Essaouira for wind, seafood, and medina walking; from Fez and Tangier, the blue lanes of Chefchaouen are the classic full-day pull. Expect early-morning pickups from your riad or hotel, roughly eight to twelve hours door-to-door, and a mix of driving, short walks, and a lunch stop. Spring and autumn are the sweet spot; summer excursions to inland valleys are hot, so leave at dawn. Reserve your seat free on MaJourneys, confirm the pickup time by WhatsApp with our team, and pay the local operator in cash or card on arrival.
