Welcome to MaJourneys
By accessing and using MaJourneys, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Our Relationship
MaJourneys is an intermediary. We arrange bookings between you and the local company that actually provides what you book, whether that is an activity provider, a restaurant or a place to stay. The agreement to supply your activity or your stay is between you and that provider. We are not the provider, and we do not own, run or staff any of them. Our role is to present them, take your booking and stay reachable while you travel.
Accepting the Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
Content & Intellectual Property
All content on MaJourneys is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Refund Policy
Nothing is charged online for activities, so cancelling releases your reservation and there is no refund to process. Stays are paid online, and their cancellation and refund terms are set by the property, not by us. Because your payment was taken by our accommodation booking partner, any refund is issued by them, to the card you paid with. Message us and we will deal with them on your behalf. Our Cancellation Policy explains both cases.
Payment Terms
Activities, experiences, restaurants and everything except stays are paid to the local provider on the day. We take no payment online for them, and reserving through the site costs nothing. Stays are the exception: hotels and villas are paid in full online at the moment you book. That payment is taken by our accommodation booking partner, not by us. Your card details are entered into their payment form, never reach MaJourneys, and are not stored by us. The name on your card statement may therefore be theirs rather than ours.
