Al Fassia is a landmark traditional Moroccan restaurant in Marrakech's Guéliz district, run and staffed entirely by women. Established in 1987, it is a family-owned, women-led institution serving refined Fassi (Fez-style) cuisine — slow-cooked tagines, layered pastillas and couscous — in an intimate dining room of cushioned banquettes and crisp white tablecloths.

The original restaurant sits at 55 Boulevard Mohamed Zerktouni in Guéliz; a second Al Fassia opened in the Aguedal touristique zone (which also has a riad/hotel), sharing the same à-la-carte menu. Both serve vegetarian options, and the kitchen sources most ingredients from small local producers and its own herb garden. Al Fassia is one of the few Moroccan restaurants in the city that consistently draws a local crowd.
