The Mix

The Mix is a restaurant lounge on Rue de la Liberté in Guéliz, hidden behind a discreet entrance in a residential building. Inside, two levels wrap around a colour-changing bar and a central DJ booth, with stone walls hung with backlit album covers from Diana Ross to Notorious B.I.G. The kitchen is built for sharing: tapas assortments of five plates, Mediterranean sharing dishes, and Moroccan tagines alongside grilled sea bass and beef tenderloin. A DJ plays nightly and themed evenings run through the week, from Latin and disco nights to an Electro Gnawa show where a guembri player performs over the decks.
