Noto is an Italian restaurant in the Hivernage district of Marrakech, set in Villa Yvette with tables under an iroko pergola and among the trees of an enclosed garden. The kitchen is led by chef Emilio Giagnoni and built around sharing rather than individual plates, with pasta and Sardinian specialities at its centre.
The evening changes shape as it runs. Guitarists and vocalists play through the first service, and later a DJ takes the room, which is the point at which dinner stops being only dinner. Dress is chic and elegant, and tables are worth booking ahead.
