L'Istra is a Mediterranean restaurant on Avenue de Paris in the Hivernage district of Marrakech. The kitchen crosses the Mediterranean rather than settling in one country: a truffle croque, black cod gyoza, beef tartare with ponzu and truffle, gambas risotto with saffron and preserved lemon.
Sharing anchors the menu. A kilo of Charolais fillet comes out for the table, linguine with gambas is built for two, and the dessert list ends with a trompe-l'oeil garden. Tables are held for two hours and the evening runs from 19:00.
