Le Colibri is a restaurant at the Montgomerie golf course in Marrakech, in the Prestigia complex near the airport. Large windows look out over the fairways, and the menu mixes Mediterranean and international cooking built on fresh ingredients: tapas, ceviche, burrata, poke bowls, sushi rolls and grilled fish and meat.
It is open every day from 15:00 to 01:00. From Tuesday to Sunday a DJ plays in the evening, so the room gets livelier as the night goes on.
