La Toscana is Casablanca's longest-running Italian restaurant, founded in 1985 by the Mori family from Lucca, Tuscany. Tucked in the Aïn Diab neighbourhood near the Atlantic Corniche, it serves thin-crust pizzas, handmade pastas, risotto, ossobuco and wood-fired fish in a warm, family-run setting. Open daily from noon to midnight.
