Le Relais de Paris is one of Casablanca's most iconic dining addresses, perched on the Boulevard de la Corniche Ain Diab within the Villa Blanca Hôtel Urban. For decades it has drawn locals and visitors alike with its deceptively simple formula: a finely sliced entrecôte served with a closely guarded signature sauce, crispy fries, and a generous walnut salad. Set inside a warm, convivial brasserie with a sea-view terrace, the restaurant channels the relaxed grandeur of a Parisian bistro while staying rooted in Casablanca's cosmopolitan spirit. Beyond the flagship entrecôte, chef Mikaël Bertho rounds out the menu with classics such as escargots à la Bourguignonne, foie gras terrine, duck breast, and rich desserts including chocolate fondant and crème brûlée. The kitchen is open seven days a week, noon to midnight.
