Ostrea
Oysters & seafood at Casablanca's fishing port since 1993
Ostrea is one of Casablanca's most iconic seafood institutions, open at the Port de Pêche since 1993. Founded by an oyster farmer who cultivates his own oyster beds at Oyster Park No. 7 in Oualidia, the restaurant serves some of the freshest molluscs and fish in the city. Diners eat steps from the boats that land the catch, in a setting that mixes port authenticity with a refined table. The menu spans briny Oualidia oysters, grilled Saint-Pierre, Royal shrimps, and a celebrated seafood paella.
