À Ma Bretagne

Legendary French seafood fine dining on Casablanca's Corniche since 1957

Chat with us
À Ma Bretagne is one of Casablanca's oldest and most storied gastronomic institutions, perched above the rocks of Sidi Abderrahmane on the Atlantic Corniche. Founded when Jacques Halbert purchased the restaurant in 1957 after leaving Normandy, it has been helmed since 1977 by his son André Halbert, a Maître Cuisinier de France who twice won the title of Best Table of French Cuisine on the African Continent (1978 and 1980). The menu revolves entirely around the daily catch — scallops with rosemary cream, salmon with morels, sea bass quenelles, lobster risotto — served in an elegant room with floor-to-ceiling Atlantic views and a terrace set virtually on the water. Two menus coexist: the accessible Bistrot Gourmand and a refined Gastro carte.
