La Esquina del Pescado is a no-frills Spanish-style fish bar in Tétouan's Spanish Ensanche, a short walk from Place Moulay el-Mehdi. Tiled walls, a wooden bar facing the grill, and a specials board chalked in Spanish and Arabic. The fish comes from M'diq every morning — sardines, anchovies, hake (merluza), prawns — grilled or fried plain with lemon and bread.
