Nobu Marrakech is the Hivernage district's landmark fine-dining address, set inside Nobu Hotel Marrakech on Avenue Echouhada in the city's Golden Triangle. The restaurant brings Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's globally acclaimed New Style Japanese cuisine to Marrakech, infusing signature dishes with local Moroccan influences.
The dining room combines Japanese minimalism with Moroccan craftsmanship — textured walls, flickering lanterns, and an open kitchen. Guests share plates family-style, moving through cold dishes, hot plates, and sushi. The adjacent Nobu Bar & Lounge opens nightly from 6 PM for handcrafted cocktails and light bites.
With a smart-casual dress code and a terrace that should be requested in advance, Nobu Marrakech draws a discerning crowd from the Medina's edge. Reservations are available directly through the Nobu website or SevenRooms.
