Modern Cantonese dining and cocktail lounge at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech
Ling Ling by Hakkasan brings the Hakkasan Group's acclaimed modern Cantonese concept to Marrakech, set within the resort grounds of the Mandarin Oriental on Route du Golf Royal in the Annakhil district.
The restaurant revolves around shareable small plates rooted in Cantonese tradition — think lacquered duck with pancakes, wagyu beef, truffle dim sum, and tiger prawns with wasabi — paired with a cocktail list crafted for the terrace setting.
From 7 pm the outdoor terrace, overlooking century-old olive groves and the resort pools, transitions from an elegant dinner setting to a high-energy lounge powered by a resident DJ and international guest artists.
