How does Nur's tasting menu work?

There is no à la carte. The menu is built each morning from what comes in from the market, then served in around 10 courses over roughly 2.5 hours. Vegetarian, pescatarian and other dietary needs can be accommodated when booked in advance.

Do I need to pre-pay to reserve at Nur?

Yes. Bookings are pre-paid through Tock or directly with the restaurant. The fee covers the tasting menu and service — drinks are billed separately on the night.

Does Nur offer cooking classes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. By appointment, the kitchen runs ~4-hour classes for 2–8 guests covering salads, couscous, tagine, bastila, sweets and mint tea, followed by lunch.
