MB Restaurant Lounge is a contemporary fine-dining address in the Ville Nouvelle of Fez, across from the Marriott Jnan Palace hotel. The kitchen, led by Chef Thierry Vaissière, plates French cuisine reworked with Moroccan spices and techniques, offered à la carte and as tasting menus. The two-level interior was designed by architect Christophe Pillet in grey natural stone, and there is a full bar and lounge. It is one of the city's more upscale tables, popular for special occasions.
