Ishq

Ishq is a contemporary fine-dining restaurant at the Aïn Azliten entrance to the Fes el-Bali medina, set inside a restored riad redesigned by architect Mounia Chaouni around a glass-covered atrium and a monumental living plant wall. The kitchen blends international fusion dishes by Franco-Cameroonian chef Pierre Siewe with traditional Moroccan cooking overseen by Dada Rachida. It is one of the few restaurants in the Fez medina to serve wine, and its rooftop terrace offers views over the old city.
