Restaurant Dar Hatim is a family-run restaurant inside the Hatim family home in the medina, where Karima and her daughters cook a fixed-menu of traditional Fassi dishes — pastilla, lamb m'hamer, vegetable couscous — served in a tiled salon. Same family also runs Riad Al Fassia Palace.
