Camel Ride in Agafay

Camel ride in Agafay is a 1-hour caravan trek through the rocky Agafay desert plateau, about 30 minutes southwest of Marrakech. A round-trip shuttle from your hotel or riad in Marrakech is included; you meet the camels at the camp, climb on, and set off at a slow walking pace across stony hills and dry riverbeds with the Atlas Mountains on the horizon.

The route includes a mint-tea break with a Berber family in their tent and a photo stop on the dunes — best booked in late afternoon for the golden-hour light on the desert. Suitable from age 6; children under 10 can share a saddle with a parent. Minimum 2 people to book.
