Fez Café is the garden restaurant of Le Jardin des Biehn, a luxury riad set in the former summer palace of Pacha El Mokri in the Fes el-Bali medina. Chef Hicham Moufid cooks a daily-changing market menu from souk and garden produce, blending Moroccan tradition with French and Mediterranean technique. It is one of the few restaurants inside the Fes medina that serves wine and local beer, with dining at the edge of an Andalusian garden or on the rooftop terrace.
