Villa Mandarine is a refined garden restaurant in the Souissi district of Rabat, set inside a boutique hotel surrounded by an orange grove. The chef serves French and Mediterranean cuisine alongside a Moroccan menu, with a card that changes with the market and the seasons. Guests dine on a terrace among flowers and fruit trees, or in bright dining rooms whose large bay windows open onto the gardens. The dining room is open every day from 12:15 to 22:30.
