The View Rabat

The View Rabat is the Italian dining destination atop The View Hotel in the Hay Riad district, home to Cicchetti, a restaurant by San Carlo built around the Venetian tradition of cicchetti, medium-sized plates meant to be shared. Handmade pasta, creamy burrata and carefully executed risotto anchor a menu of Italian and Mediterranean flavours, served in a trattoria-inspired room high above the Moroccan capital. The restaurant welcomes both hotel guests and outside visitors, who are asked to reserve in advance.
