Le Deck is the rooftop restaurant of the Fairmont La Marina Rabat-Salé, set on the Salé bank of the Bouregreg estuary. Inspired by the Aegean, it serves a Greek-influenced Mediterranean menu of mezze, grilled seafood and seasonal dishes, with sweeping views of the estuary and the Kasbah of the Udayas across the water. Evenings turn festive with Greek music and the traditional plate-smashing ritual.
