The villa has 6 bedrooms (2 single rooms and 4 double suites with an outdoor view) and 6 modern bathrooms. Two fully equipped kitchens cover the property. Outside: two private pools, a shaded pergola, and an optional jacuzzi (paid add-on).
The residence also has a multi-sport area (mini-football, basketball, volleyball, tennis) reserved for guests with free access — winter hours 9:00 to 19:00, booking through the on-site team — and a separate padel court charged per slot (200 MAD for 1 hour, 250 MAD for 1h30).
