Indoor space is bright and spacious with high ceilings, large bay windows and high-end furnishing. Wellness on site includes an indoor heated pool, a jacuzzi, a traditional Moroccan hammam and a sauna. Leisure spaces include a private cinema, a fully equipped gym, a gaming room, a trampoline, ping-pong and mini-golf.

Outside, a 20 m private outdoor pool sits in a landscaped garden with no overlook. The residence also has on-site sports courts for football, basketball, tennis and padel. On-demand services include a private chef, custom experiences, event organisation and concierge recommendations.
