Le 7ème Ciel (LE 7CIEL) is a rooftop fine-dining restaurant and lounge on the top floor of the Immeuble Harmony Business in Casablanca's CIL district, with near-panoramic views over the Casa Finance City and Anfa quarters. Designed by interior architect Fabrice Maurel around a Mediterranean and French Riviera concept, it pairs a semi-open kitchen and central fireplace indoors with a roughly 300 m² terrace. The kitchen, led by chef Edouard Henry, works with a Josper charcoal oven and a plancha across appetizers, mains, fresh fish sold per 100 g and grilled meats.
