Le Sensya is the signature Italian fine-dining restaurant at The View Agadir, a five-star seafront hotel on Boulevard du 20 Août. Led by Naples-born, Michelin-starred chef Francesco Franzese, the kitchen brings Neapolitan tradition and Ligurian freshness to the Moroccan coast, with dishes such as Mazara red shrimp risotto, linguine alla Nerano and the chef's signature angel-hair pasta with garlic, chilli, caviar and anchovy. In 2025 the restaurant was named Best Italian Restaurant in Africa by the World Culinary Awards. It sits in a light-filled room facing the Atlantic, decorated with geometric tilework, and welcomes both hotel guests and outside diners, who should reserve in advance.
