Vallée des Oiseaux is a small, free-entry zoological garden running through central Agadir between Boulevard Mohamed V and Boulevard du 20 Août. Exotic birds — flamingos, cockatoos, parakeets, crowned cranes — share the park with deer, wild goats, llamas and a free-roaming peacock.

- A linear walk between Boulevards Mohamed V and 20 Août. Aviaries hold flamingos, parakeets, cockatoos and crowned cranes; pens house deer, llamas and wild goats; a peacock typically roams free along the paths.
Best time
- Mornings and late afternoons are most comfortable in summer. Weekends are busiest with local families. Confirm hours locally — opening times shift during ongoing renovations.
How to combine
- It sits halfway between Agadir Marina / the Corniche and Souk El Had — a natural waypoint when you are walking from the seafront inland to the market.
Price range
- Free: the Vallée des Oiseaux is a municipal garden strung along a dry riverbed through the middle of Agadir, with gates on Boulevard Mohammed V and near the beach. There is no ticket office and the city publishes no tariff.
- Carry a little change anyway. Most guides record no charge, but at least one reports a token 10 to 20 Dh at the gate, so a staffed booth on the day would not be a scam. The public toilets inside are paid, as they are everywhere in Morocco.
- It keeps daylight hours — reported variously as 9:00 to 18:00 and as a morning and afternoon session with a midday break — and it has been closed for rehabilitation work in recent years. Check it is open before crossing town for it.
