Founded by Bruno Ussel and Stephen di Renza on the ground floor of their 18th-century Riad 9 guesthouse, Numéro 7 invites visiting international chefs to take residencies of 1–4 months and reinterpret Moroccan ingredients on a 4–5 course prix fixe menu.
