Why Go
- Le Salama is a three level restaurant and sky bar at 40 Rue des Banques, a couple of minutes on foot from Jemaa el Fna in the Marrakech medina.
- The rooftop is the reason most people come: a planted terrace with a 360 degree view over the old town and, on a clear day, the Atlas mountains.
- Downstairs is a different room entirely, a colonial style dining room with stained glass lamps, dark wood and old maps on the walls.
- A belly dance show with live musicians runs every evening from 21:00.
- The kitchen is Moroccan rather than international, built around tanjia marrakchia, tagines and royal couscous.
