Place Moulay el-Mehdi
ENSANCHE SQUARE
Place Moulay el-Mehdi (Plaza Primo de Rivera under the Protectorate) is the centre of Tétouan's Ensanche, the Spanish-built new town laid out between 1913 and 1956. The circular plaza is ringed by whitewashed Neo-Mauresque and Art Deco façades, a central fountain, and the still-active Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de las Victorias — one of the few Catholic churches in Morocco. The surrounding streets hold Tétouan's best cafés and patisseries, the old Spanish post office, and the banking quarter.

Yes. The church is active and open to visitors outside Mass times. It is one of the few functioning Catholic churches in Morocco — dress modestly and keep visits brief.
