Nord-Pinus Tanger is the restaurant and rooftop bar of a boutique hotel set in an 18th-century palace at the highest point of the Tangier Kasbah. Opened in 2007 by French hotelier Anne Igou, its panoramic terrace looks over the Sultan's Garden and the Strait of Gibraltar toward the Spanish coast, making it a favourite spot for a sunset aperitif and Moroccan dinner.
