Plage Val d'Or, Harhoura, Rabat View on map

Conrad Rabat Arzana sits on the cliff above Plage Val d'Or at Harhoura, on the stretch of Atlantic coast that runs south from Rabat towards Temara. It is the brand's first hotel in Morocco, and it is built as a modern palace: separate blocks with open air walkways between them, so the sea wind runs through the property rather than around it. There are 120 rooms and suites, all with private balconies, looking either at the gardens or straight out at the ocean, and some with a private pool. Two ocean facing pools sit on the terraces. The Conrad Spa runs over two floors, with a treatment suite facing the sea, a sauna and a steam room. Dining is spread across several venues, including 99 Sushi for Japanese, La Brise Brasserie for French and Moroccan cooking, and the seafood restaurant L'Oursin beside the pool. The Royal Golf Dar Es Salam, with its three courses, is around 22 km away, which makes this the obvious base for a golfing stay.
