Villa Y is a four star villa with a private pool, a gym and a tennis court on the Ouarzazate road, about 14 km east of Marrakech.

Villa Y is taken as a whole house, with the pool, the garden and the terrace for your party alone. It is the best equipped of these villas for staying active without leaving: there is a fitness room, a tennis court and a children's playground on the grounds, with hiking from the door. Meals can be brought to you, with breakfast served in the room and packed lunches made up for the day, and massages and beauty treatments arranged at the villa. There is a barbecue in the garden, a solarium, air conditioning and heating, laundry and ironing, and babysitting on request. It sleeps up to eight, and it sold at a single night on every date we probed, which is rare for a villa this far out. Bookings through the site currently take up to four guests.
The villa sits off the Ouarzazate road about 14 km east of Marrakech, in the farmed flat ground on the way toward the Atlas. It is a scatter of walled properties rather than a village, so nothing is walkable and there is nowhere to eat outside the villa. The medina is roughly 25 minutes by car. With food, sport and treatments all handled on site it is set up to be stayed in, but you will still want a car.
