Riad NayaNour is on Derb El Halfaoui, in the Bab Doukkala quarter on the north western side of the Marrakech medina. Jemaa el Fna is about 800 m south east, roughly twenty minutes on foot, and Dar el Bacha is a few minutes away. The pool here is indoors and heated, with a shallow end, which makes it usable in the cooler months and with small children, and there is a sun terrace above. The riad has a restaurant, a bar, a coffee shop and a snack bar, a spa offering massage, and barbecue facilities. Rooms are air conditioned and heated, family rooms and children's meals are available, and the kitchen will pack a lunch for a day out. There is parking as well as street parking, a tour desk, a cooking class, and airport pick up and drop off for an extra charge.
Bab Doukkala sits where the medina meets the newer town, so taxis, buses and a supermarket are close, which is not true of most riad addresses. The souks begin about ten minutes south east and Jemaa el Fna is twenty minutes. Parking makes arrival easy, and the derb itself is quiet at night.
