Riad Louhou is at 28 Rue Touareg, in the southern medina between the palace quarter and the Kasbah. Jemaa el Fna is about 800 m north, fifteen minutes on foot. It is one of only two five star houses in this Marrakech catalogue. There are two pools, one on the roof and one outdoors, with a sun terrace, loungers and umbrellas. There is a restaurant, a snack bar, a spa and a shared lounge, and the kitchen caters to special diets on request. Rooms are air conditioned and heated and the house is non smoking throughout. The desk runs a tour service with walking tours and books an airport shuttle for an extra charge.
Rue Touareg runs through the southern medina, a quarter of houses and everyday shops where the streets are wider and calmer than around the souks. The Bahia Palace is about ten minutes north east, the Kasbah and the Saadian Tombs a similar walk south west, and Jemaa el Fna fifteen minutes north.
