Riad Dar Fanny

Riad Dar Fanny sits on Rue Arset Loughzail, in the quieter eastern half of the Marrakech medina, roughly 700 m and fifteen minutes on foot from Jemaa el Fna. It is a four star riad built around the usual courtyard, with a sun terrace above and loungers and umbrellas for the hours when the lanes are too hot to walk. There is no pool here, which is worth knowing before you book. What there is instead is a coffee shop, themed dinner evenings, a cooking class, board games and a picnic area, plus parking, which is rare in the medina. Rooms have air conditioning and heating, family rooms are available, and the front desk handles laundry, ironing, luggage storage, private check in and an airport shuttle for an extra charge.
