Dar Sabra

Dar Sabra stands on the Circuit de la Palmeraie at Douar Abiad, in the palm groves north east of Marrakech. It is about 6 km from Jemaa el Fna, so this is not a medina address: reaching the old town means a taxi of fifteen or twenty minutes rather than a walk. What you get in exchange is space. There is an outdoor pool with loungers and umbrellas, a garden, a picnic area and barbecue facilities, a hammam, a steam room and a spa with massage and a hair and beauty salon, plus a fitness centre with locker rooms. Meals come from a restaurant with room service, and there are themed dinner evenings. Rooms are air conditioned and heated, some are soundproofed and an allergy free room is available, and the whole property is non smoking. Family rooms, children's meals and babysitting are available. Parking is free, with private and accessible spaces, and the desk arranges a cooking class, bike tours and airport transfers.
