Dar Dikrayat is at 30 bis Derb Dabachi, on the lanes running east from Jemaa el Fna. The square is about 450 m away, eight minutes on foot along one of the easiest routes in the medina to follow after dark. It is a small three star house with a sun terrace, air conditioned rooms and family rooms. There is no pool, no restaurant and no spa, but food can be delivered to the room and room service is orderable through an app. Breakfast can be packed to take away, which suits an early start for a day trip.
Derb Dabachi is the working lane east of Jemaa el Fna, lined with grocers, cafes and small workshops, busy into the evening and simple to navigate because it runs straight back to the square. The souks are five minutes north and the Bahia Palace about ten south. Cars do not reach the door.
