The setting is the whole proposition: fairways and a lake wrap the building, and the rooms look at one or the other rather than at a hotel strip. It is deliberately small for a five star. The Royal Golf Club is within 5 km, and Agadir Al Massira airport around 20 km.
Route Ben Sergaou runs inland southeast of Agadir, through the golf belt rather than the beach strip. It is green, quiet and entirely car dependent: the hotel runs a free shuttle to the beach, and the town centre and Souk El Had are a drive away. This suits golfers and anyone who wants space rather than a seafront promenade at the door.
