CLASSIC MOROCCAN
Dar Naji has been serving classic Moroccan cooking on Avenue Mohammed V since the 1990s and is the default safe recommendation for a first Moroccan sit-down dinner in Rabat. A covered courtyard with painted-glass ceiling, a fountain, and banquette seating; tagines, couscous, pastilla, and grilled meats in generous portions; no alcohol; mid-range prices. A second branch opened on Avenue Hassan II; the original stays the more atmospheric pick.
