Café du 7ème Art

Café du 7ème Art — "Café of the Seventh Art" — sits in the garden of Rabat's art-house cinema on Avenue Allal Ben Abdallah. It's the city's most literary café: a shaded garden under ficus trees, bistro chairs, espresso and mint tea, simple sandwiches and salads, and a regular crowd of writers, students, filmmakers, and journalists. Free wifi, alcohol-free, long opening hours (roughly 8:00 to midnight), and one of the easiest spots in Rabat to kill a couple of hours with a laptop or a book.
