E-Bike Tour and Cooking Class in Marrakech blends a guided e-bike ride through the medina and the quieter outskirts with a hands-on Moroccan cooking class — a half-day of 4 to 5 hours combining adventure, food and culture.
The ride starts in the colourful medina and the calmer neighbourhoods just outside the city walls, then stops at a local souk to pick up fresh ingredients and explore the spices that define Moroccan cuisine. The guide shares cultural context and the culinary tradition behind each ingredient.
After the ride, the group cycles to a welcoming cooking venue where a professional cooking instructor walks everyone through preparing a classic Moroccan dish — tagine, couscous or zaalouk (eggplant salad) — fully hands-on. Once the dish is ready, the group sits down together to enjoy the meal with traditional mint tea.
Group size capped at 10. Minimum age 12. Tour available in English, French and Dutch. Pay on arrival in Moroccan dirham — no online payment.
