Chat with us
Mimti, formerly Azouka, is a Moroccan-Scandinavian fusion eatery on Place Al Khaima in Essaouira's medina, run by husband-and-wife team Soufiane and Kaja. Much of the produce comes from their own farm outside the city, feeding a seasonal, vegetable-forward menu of sourdough, salads, tajines and Essaouira-port sardines, alongside homemade fermented drinks. It is a lunch-only spot with a small terrace overlooking a lively square.
