It was designed by the British architect Jeremy Pern, opened in 2013 and covers 92 hectares, with a 7 hectare lake and around 90 bunkers shaping the round. The club is run by Madaef Golfs and has a 2,500 sqm clubhouse, a restaurant, a proshop and an academy with its own driving range.

It is the newest of the Bouskoura courses and one of the longest around Casablanca at 6,533 metres from the back tees.
Pern shaped the land around a 7 hectare lake and around 90 bunkers, so water and sand are in play far more often than on the older Casablanca courses.
It is run by Madaef Golfs, the state backed golf operator, which also runs courses in Agadir, Marrakech and Saidia.
