Essencia Spa at Palais Faraj — Fès

Essencia Spa is the hammam and treatment wing of Palais Faraj Suites & Spa, a converted palace at Bab Ziat on the edge of the Fez medina. The hammam is a Moroccan heat bath, warmed by a coil system to mid height, which is a different thing from a dry sauna or a Turkish steam room. The spa opens seven days a week from midday to 9pm and takes visitors who are not staying at the hotel.
